When booking a storage room please inform us of the type of deliveries that you will be expecting.

• Small Parcels: Small parcels can be kept safely in our office for up to 48 hours for collection by the customer, any longer than 48 hours then they must be placed into the storage room.
• Large Parcels:  For larger parcels we will need access to your storage room to place the parcel into the storage room, if you are expecting a large or heavy consignment you must make sure that it will fit through the storage room door, these are either one or one and a half meters wide and 2.2 Meters high.
• Pallets/Heavy Goods: It is advisable to arrange the delivery of pallets on a truck that has a tail lift as we do not have a forklift truck to unload.  The delivery driver will then be responsable for placing your pallet or heavy goods into your storage room under our supervision.

Limitations:

• We will sign for goods that are delivered but we do not check the contents.
• Goods that do not bear the customer or company name will not be accepted or signed for.
• We do not unload but can arrange manpower at extra cost and with plenty of notice.
• We do not supervise removals into or out of storage.

If you require that your goods are to be collected then we can oversee this.

• Large Parcels/Large Shipments: For large shipments for internet traders for example it is very important that your shipments are labeled and are easily identifyable and accessed ready for the courier to collect, we will need access to the storage room and will supervise the collection of the goods to be shipped.
• Removals: We will need full details of the removal company and authorisation from the customer to allow entry to the storage room.
