WHAT IS SELF-STORAGE?
A purpose built steel room/unit in a secure warehouse that is padlocked by the customer. The customer has complete control over their storage arrangements and can access their personal storage room up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week*.
HOW BIG ARE THE UNITS?
The smallest units are 1 cubic meter and the largest are 48 cubic meters, you can rent more that one unit if you need more space the cost will be the same as we calculate our rates per cubic meter per day.
IS STORAGE IN SHIPPING CONTAINERS?
All storage is arranged in a clean, dry and secure building with circulating fresh air and sealed from the elements, we do not suffer from excess heat, cold or moisture.
WHAT IS BULK STORAGE?
Bulk and palletised storage is a more economical way to store your belongings if you do not need access. Bulk/palletised storage is arranged in our secure bonded area that is shared with other customers belongings, goods are stored and labelled in individual areas, for security reasons access is not allowed to the general public so moving into this area can only be done by using our nominated removal company or if bringing in yourself then you place items onto pallets that we provide free of charge, once loaded and wrapped we then label and place in the storage area. Customers are permitted to view the area under supervision from a staff member.
DO YOU CHARGE ONE MONTHS DEPOSIT?
We charge a deposit of 50€ when reserving a unit which is refunded at the end of the contract this allows access to storage units from 8am - 8pm Monday to Saturday. For 24 hour access (including Sundays and bank holidays there is a refundable cash security deposit of 150€ that is only payable at the time of contracting 24 hours and is returned when you no longer need to get in out of hours.
HOW DO I PAY?
Customers have complete control over their account via our live customer portal. Payments are usually charged automatically to a nominated credit or debit card. Payments can also be made via the customer portal where you can view transactions, print statements, schedule moveouts and much more.
HOW LONG CAN I RENT FOR?
There is no maximum rental period there is however, a minimum charge of one month.
WHAT CAN BE STORED?
Basically anything legal so long as it is not perishable, live or inflammable.
HOW SECURE IS IT?
The building is double locked and secure, with CCTV and autodial security system, nobody can access the building without the access app. All store rooms are alarmed, Click Here for more details

The customer can supply their own padlock and key or they can purchase one from us. No other person has access except the customer.

WHAT ABOUT INSURANCE?
Goods are stored at the owners risk and whilst Securistore takes every reasonable precaution to protect your goods we do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to your goods, we do include a level of insurance for total loss included in the price of storage, the amount of cover depends on the size of the store room, insurance cover can be increased at minimal cost.
